My Music
Here you'll find some of the music I've recorded since I first starting playing. There's a lot of it (nearly 20 years worth) so please bare with me as I gradually transfer my early stuff from tape to mp3.
There are also many many different styles or 'genres' , I don't make music to fit any preset 'genre' I make music that comes into my head, and then let others worry about what to call it.
As I embark on new journeys with new instruments (like my Bass guitar and Electric guitar) you can expect new and different 'styles' of music to be added in these pages.
2000 onwards
Hoops, Hoops and More Hoops
Recorded 2008, written 2007 and 2006. I've always liked funk, from a very early age, even before I had an interest in bass guitar.
Kit list, well pretty short; Fender Aerodyne Bass with seymour duncan pickups (STK-J2 and SPB2), Line 6 Variax 700 electric and Logic 8.

S.F.
Recorded across 2005 and 2006. These were just various ideas and bits that seemed to 'gel' under the title of 'S.F.' (Science Fiction). All the track names are refferences to science fiction films/series. Try and work out where they're from.
The kit list for these is way too varied to list, but there's some Hartmann Neuron, PPG, Monowave, JX10, Phoenix and Playstation in there somewhere. Special thanks to Hermann Seib for the guitar on Temporal Vortex, I know he had a hard time with the 9/8 time signature.

Mr Zorg
Recorded mostly, 2004. This was the results of my experiments with a minimalist style, basically I'd just got my P3 Sequencer and had begun mucking around with Farhenheit on the Chameleon.
Other synths used include JX10, Virus B and Monowave.

City Of Wire
This album was 'released' in 2000 on the Synth Music Direct Label, Neu Harmony', though it was recorded late in the 90's. It sold about 100 copies, about which, I'm both amazed and flattered by.
I recorded the whole album on my SY85, all the sequencing, sounds, effects and mixing, a great synth that, I miss it.

1990 - 1999
Asylum
Recorded sometime in the early - mid 90's. Asylum was an experiment with samples and rhythm.
I much as I hate labels, it has a 'funk' feel to it.
It was all written, mixed and recorded on my SY85. in case I havn't said it before, I miss that synth, I really should get another.

State of Mind
Recorded in the early 1990s. Though I can't be sure exactly when. The kit list was pretty extensive during this time and included things like EmaxII-SE, D110, DX7II, Korg MonoPoly, MC202, TR909, AX90, Poly800, TX81z, Juno 60 and alpha Juno, I'll stop there, because that's not even about a third of the complete list.
Some of the recordings where done by placing a PZM mic infront of the pa speaker, not the best quality, but hey, I was young! Also a friend 'Chris' was playing on some of these (Chris, if you're out there mail me I'd love to get in touch!).
If you've listend to my other stuff you'll notice that some of these went on to get 'tidied up' and re-recorded and put on my 'City Of Wire' Album.

My Music, 1986 - 1989
These were recorded when I first got into synths, and most of the reocrdings are done with a PZM mic infront of a single calsbro 50w practice amp. Again, Chris (from Ringwood, Hampshire) played on a lot of these.
Gear that was used? Well loads of the 'classics' including Juno6, SCI SixTrack, MonoPoly, Tr606, Tr909, MC202, Korg MonoPoly and many more.
